The Company’s authorized capital amounts to LE 10 Million, and issued and paid up capital to LE 3 Million divided over 30000 common shares of par value of LE 100 each.

Wadi Holdings SAE: 99.00%: Established in 1998 as an Egyptian joint stock company under Investment Law 230 of 1989 and 95 of 1992 with the purpose of consolidating the operations of the Wadi Group of Companies, and their strategic and financial management. Wadi Holdings investments are in poultry breeding, feed manufacturing, food processing, agriculture, and industries. Wadi Holdings is endowed with a successful growth track record and financial performance.
