Our olive groves and processing plants are located in Egypt, alongside the Cairo-Alexandria desert road away from any source of pollution. Egypt's year-round sunny, dry and warm weather allows Wadi Food olives to mature slowly on the trees, which makes our Extra Virgin Olive Oil fruitier and more full-bodied than other olive oils. The trees are watered from deep, pure aquifers with the sun enriching their fruits' nutritional value. Olives are then picked manually and processed a few hours after harvesting thus allowing each olive to mature naturally on its tree. This process guarantees that only the finest, fresh-quality olives are used in every bottle of Wadi Olive Oil.
Our original line of flavored olive oil, is created by naturally infusing our extra virgin olive oil with the essence of natural herbs and spices ex. hot pepper, garlic and rosemary, thyme and lemon, and basil flavored oil.
